Returns & Exchanges
Making a return is easy using our free collective service. Just make sure you request your return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
-Please note: returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number.
-A return authorization number is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note: return authorization number does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
-All exchanges and return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item in order for an exchange request to be processed. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, PLY Apparel regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact us for exchange assistance.
-Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Once your package has been received at PLY Apparel, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days.
-Custom Orders. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on Custom or Made to Order items. We will work with you to remedy any issues and to insure that you are happy with your purchase.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately at info@plyapparel.com.
